  • Welcome to “well, That’s Show Biz!”. I am your host, Jeremy Freedman, and every week I bring you music from Broadway, Movies, and Entertainers along with some anecdotes, information, and commentary all based on a theme.

  • The third Sunday in September is Wife Appreciation Day so today we will be playing songs about wives and by wives.

  • We are going to open the first set wit “It Takes Two” from Stephen Sondheim’s Into The Woods. Next we will hear “The Girl That I Marry” from the original production of Annie Get Your Gun. Then we will hear “What’s the Use of Wond’rin’?” from the 2018 revival of Carousel. And we will close the set with “Funny Honey” from the still running 1997 revival of Kander & Ebb’s Chicago. Here’s “It Takes Two” from Into The Woods.
