Contemporary Classics begins a two week series of music of the New York collective known as Bang on a Can. This is in celebration of their 30th Anniversary of their marathon concerts and of their more recent Summer Festival at MassMOCA in North Adams MA. This week we start with early works by Julia Wolfe, Michael Gordon & David Lang.
