Alice Duer Miller was well known in her time as a poet, novelist, and screenwriter.  She first came to notice as a columnist for The New York Tribune, writing light verse that championed womens’ suffrage.  Her wit was sharp, and she used techniques for making a point that are still used today.  People are rediscovering her as a writer, and like what they see.  Join Leigh and P. T. for an examination of her columns, combined into a book called Are Women People? on Listening To Literature 2. Listen to WRUU 107.5 FM in Savannah and globally @ wruu.org.
