Thank you to MD for taking the time to write this letter and provide such valuable feedback!

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been listening to When The Moon Sings, and maybe a half year  to Beyond The Liner Notes, and Listening To Literature 2.    While listening today, I realized how valuable WRUU must be to Savannah.    It offers a lot of different people the opportunity to share what they are doing and what’s going on in the community; it offers people a chance to gain confidence in speaking and media programming; and it provides a regular platform for sharing information, ideas, music, and talent.

It seems to me that it has sprung from an egg into a  songbird in a very short time.    Kudos to all who have joined in creating and sustaining it. I thoroughly enjoyed BTLN’s playlist today — after all it’s my music and dancing era.

But it was especially interesting to hear the results of collaboration between individual artists before they recorded the Wilbury albums.   And the backstories were great.   P. T. and Brian are good storytellers (which by the way is the current advice being given to professionals in city management – be storytellers).” M.D. WRUU Listener
